| 内容記述 | This research is stated about the historical details of the phyisical distrbution ( = PD) policy in Japan and the recent PD policy. A PD general idea was introduced to Japan in 1960's, and a PD policy did a part so far, and it had been developed under the guidance of the Ministry of Transport. But, because it influenced various fields, "the synthetic PD policy outline" was made by the PD by the shape which integrated the policy being made independently (each ministry and agency) so far in April, 1997. It was in that background to reconsider the high cost structure of the PD in Japan and a low service level. "It is efficient, it is the environment friendly, a PD corresponding to informationization" (3e PD) is being made a key words as a method with the future PD policy. And, this research partly modified correction to the thing published in "The economic problem learning research meeting" held in QINGDAO university (China) on August 30, 2001.
