平成22年度に福岡県内の小学校現場における栄養教諭の食育推進の実態を明らかにすることを目的に実態調査を行った。5年経過における栄養教諭の食育推進の問題点やニーズを明らかにし、今後の教員免許状更新講習等に役立てたいと思い、検討したので報告する。\n【方法】 福岡県内の全小学校を対象に、学校現場の食育推進における実態調査を行った。調査は、給食施設の形態、属性、食に関する指導、個別的な相談指導、栄養教育実習等についての36項目を自己記入式質問紙法によって、郵送調査を実施した。\n【結果】 栄養教諭の職務の一つである個別的な相談指導では、「取り組んでいる」は62.7%、「検討中」は7.8%、「取り組んでいない」は29.5%であった。第1回と第2回において有意差が認められなかったが、「専門的な知識の不足」がそれぞれ50.3%、37.3%であり、「保護者の理解が得られにくい」がそれぞれ25.5%、28.0%であった。また、1%レベルで有意な差が認められたのは、学校・家庭・地域が連携した食育推進の「生産者と連携した活動」がそれぞれ18.7%、43.5%であり、個別的指導のなかの「指導体制を整えている」がそれぞれ29.6%、63.0%であった。\n【考察】
