Yoshimi"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"423","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"福岡県郊外の町の保育所、小学校、中学校の保護者を対象に調べた行事食・儀礼食・伝統食に関する調査結果をもとに、子育て世代の保護者が伝統的な食文化をどのようにとらえ、各家庭で実践しているのかを検証した。この結果をもとに、中教審答申で明示された伝統や文化の尊重という考えを踏まえて改訂された、幼稚園教育要領、学習指導要領および食に関する指導の手引の記述から、幼児期をはじめとした初等中等教育での食育指導の可能性と課題を検討した。伝統的食文化に対する保護者の理解はあるものの、地方においても進行している核家族化を背景に家庭での伝統食に対する実践力が落ちていることが示唆された。子どもは郷土食を嫌っているわけではないと思われ、保育現場においても小学校以上と同様に栄養教諭を中心とした学校教育がその役割を果たすことで、環境領域で新たに盛り込まれた日常生活の中での伝統文化へ親しみを持つことを、食育の観点からも実践することが可能であり、栄養教諭が配置されていない保育現場においては、幼稚園教諭、保育教諭、保育士がその役割を果たせるよう、保育内容の指導法の充実が求められる。\n","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10002_publisher_8":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"中村学園大学薬膳科学研究所"}]},"item_10002_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"1882-9384","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"向坂,
