| 内容記述 | In order to investigate the effect of cellulolytic action toward cell wall of Pressed Yeast, the changes in the Optical Density of a suspension of Pressed Yeast by the action of Trichoderma cellulase was measured. It was found that the Optical Density of the suspention was first increased repidly and then began to decrease graduately by the actions of either a crude cellulase or a pureified cellulase from Trichoderma koninji. | |||||
