| 内容記述 | 1. The importance of sweet potato as food in Japan was briefly discussed. 2. Sweet potato plants were cultivated, and then the relative weights of the various parts of the plant were determined to know especially the ratios of weight of the underground stem to the total weight of the plant and that of sweet potato (About 2 % and 8 %). | |||||
