| 内容記述 | It is already ten odd years since the project of providing meals was taken up at school legally. The project has remarkbly been recognized by society for its importance. The diffusion rate of the said project has come up as much as to a close proximity of ninety (90) percent in Fukuoka Prefecture. On the other hand, the food situation in Japan has become much better, and nowadays it is very easy for us to get lots of manufactured provisions of various kinds superior to those in the prewar days. We, therefore, have carried out our researches, and herewith report the result of our investigations on pupils' getting nourishment and tendency to taste with reference to the complete supplv of meals at school. | |||||
